This year’s theme, #InspireInclusion, reminds us that progress thrives when diverse voices are heard and valued. At TWP inclusion isn’t just a principle, it’s embedded in how we build world-class offshore wind projects and how we support the people behind them.
We’re shining a spotlight on the women of our Environment and Consents Team who work collectively to advance sustainable energy in Scotland. This dedicated team plays a vital role in navigating the complex regulatory and environmental landscape that underpins every offshore wind development. From engaging with stakeholders and securing planning consents, to ensuring environmental protections and regulatory compliance, their work helps turn wind power ambitions into reality. We’re fortunate to have five fantastic women in this team - leaders, problem-solvers, and collaborators who bring expertise, energy, and integrity to every challenge. Their contributions strengthen our project delivery and enrich our culture every day.
